Lynda S. Moerschbaecher has been referred to as one of the leading attorneys in North America on the philanthropic transfer of wealth. Lynda founded a software company that produces software for document assembly and research for charitable planning.  She founded Charitable Gift Planning News, which is now in its twentieth year of publication.

Lynda is the author of over 200 professional articles and the author of six books.  Her fifth book, Building an Endowment Right from the Start, is published by Precept Press, Chicago, IL.  The sixth, Marketing Magic for Major and Planned Gifts, will be released next year.

Jeff Drollinger, CFP, EA

Jeff Drollinger is a certified financial planner with over ten years experience in financial planing, investments, and charitable tax planning.  Jeff founded CRTPro LLC, a charitable remainder trust administration company in 2004.  CRTPro has helped non profit organizations, self-trustees and their professional advisors bring down the cost of charitable remainder trust administration through the online efficiencies of the CRTPro system. Jeff has been involved in the design, implementation and administration of hundreds of CRTs.  

Jeff is also an Enrolled Agent with the IRS. As an Enrolled Agent (EA), Jeff is a Federally Authorized Tax Practitioner who has technical expertise in the field of taxation and who is empowered by the United States Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service for audits, collections, and appeals.
